House Rules:
No smoking.
No parties.
No animals/pets.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund at least 30 days before check-in. Guests who cancel 7 – 30 days before check-in get 50% back. After that, their trip is non-refundable.
Security Deposit:
A $500 refundable security deposit is required for booking confirmation in case of damage or excessive cleaning to cover the cost of replacement or repair of property. Refundable deposits are returned to the issuing card within 15 days of check-out.
